You are so talented! Your pages looks so great. I guess it amazes me that you don't feel motivated to do more, with talent like this. But, we're all different and we all need to do what makes us happy. (This is more a response to your July 8 post)
#what is it about the dreadlock? like drumsticks, like arms, like something powerful/misdirected... i love your sketches. you're very talented, and you have a follower in me
Can't say I've ever wanted dreadlocks, they just don't feel like "me" when I see them. But to each his (or in this case "her") own. It's a good thing that we all like different things. Otherwise-boring!!! Hope to see you posting again soon, I miss you.
Brilliant! I love dreads too, they look so great in paintings and drawings. You should check out Adebanji Alade, he does some amazing portraits of African women and their hair is always captured so beautifully. This is a great blog, something to lift one's day, and I'll def be popping back.

I like your idea, great sketch.
Can you make it bigger? It would be interesting to read your journal entry with it.
