pirate

pirate, originally uploaded by anecik_sz.

I saw this picture in news and I just wanted to draw her. It's the same feeling when I see captain Jack Sparrow. Freedom, adventure and a scent of wildness.
Sometimes I like to leave the sketch unfinished, especially now when again I am working on my perfectionism... Just let it be:)

wonderful, just as it is!

Love the two-page layout and the unfinished touch. I feel the juxtaposition of a modern young woman and an age old man-world hat.

ahh..your sketches just get to me.. i like them so much because they speak.. this one says, "you think you know me, you haven't seen anything yet"...

This is great! I wouldn't call it "unfinished" at all: just perfect the way it is.

really good expression, and I love the lines and shading. I've been looking through your sketches of faces and I think they are great! Hope to see more
